Technical Support

There is a NetProxy Support Area on this web site that contains answers to frequently asked questions, searchable hints & tips articles, details of product upgrades and patches, and other useful information.

We also operate a free Web Forum frequented by our support and development staff, as well as by many knowledgeable users of NetProxy. The forum contains sections for technical support, hints & tips, new product announcements, and feature requests. It is available to registered and unregistered users alike, and is our primary means of supporting NetProxy.

For registered users, we also provide one-to-one technical support for NetProxy by e-mail to support@grok.co.uk or by fax on +44 (0)20 8547 2305. Support queries from registered users take priority over those from users of the evaluation version or the free 1-user-at-a-time licences, so please remember to include your registered name and licence key at the top of your message. When reporting a problem, please include a clear description, including details of all of the symptoms and the steps required to reproduce the problem if applicable.
