Welcome to the NetProxy Support Area! Here we provide a host of technical resources and information for all NetProxy users. We hope that this will become your first port-of-call when you have a question relating to NetProxy. If you have any suggestions for these pages, please e-mail us at support@grok.co.uk.

NetProxy 4.03 - August 2003
NetProxy 4.03 is the latest release of NetProxy and introduces some great new features such as Real Time Streaming Protocol support, support for Windows XP themed user interfaces, and a considerable number of perfomance improvements and bugfixes. See the NetProxy 4.03 information page for a list of changes and information about how to download the new version.

Searchable NetProxy Support Forum
We now prodvide a free web-based support forum for all NetProxy users. You can post support queries, chat with other NetProxy users, share hints & tips and check out the latest product announcements. The forum is fully searchable and there are already a number of technical "How to..." articles available describing how to use a variety of internet client programs with NetProxy and other useful troubleshooting information. Be sure to search the forum for the latest information if you have a query relating to your NetProxy installation.

NetProxy User Guide - Online Edition
NetProxy includes comprehensive documentation in Windows Help format. We have also prepared an online HTML version of this manual, as well as a Microsoft Word version (which is also available zipped for a speedier download).

Obtaining Technical Support for NetProxy
We operate a public NetProxy web forum frequented by our support and development staff, as well as many knowledgeable users of NetProxy. These forums are available to registered and unregistered users alike, and are our primary means of supporting NetProxy.

For users of the unregistered product, we also offer one-to-one technical support on a "best efforts" basis by e-mail or fax. Support queries from registered users of the product will take priority.

Registered users are entitled to free priority technical support by e-mail or fax. Please note: We are unable to offer free telephone support for NetProxy.
